The Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) (Scotland) Regulations 2024

These Regulations ban the sale and supply of single-use vapes in the course of business in Scotland from 01 April 2025, meeting a government commitment to tackle the environmental impact of single use vapes.

The Regulations come into force on 01 April 2025.
